About Us AAIM Realty Group, Inc. was established in Lee County in November 1980, and over the past 30 years the company has enjoyed an impeccable reputation in the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, and business opportunities.


My personal history dates back to 1968, at which time, I entered the real estate profession as an agent. I obtained my brokers license in 1969, and in 1971 started my own firm, “Ray Hoxsey Realty Inc.” Throughout my real estate experiences, I have served on the Board of Directors of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, chaired their grievance committee, and have sat as a member of the professional standards for both Cape Coral Association of Realtors and the Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach.

Currently, I carry an active membership in four associations in Southwest Florida, which includes the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach and The Naples Area Board of Realtors. Other affiliations include Employee Relocation Council, which deals with corporate relocation and counseling and third party buy-outs.

Our company has enjoyed an exclusive relationship with Freddie MAC since 1988. We are responsible for R.E.O. properties acquired by Freddie MAC in Lee and Collier County.
